Hello, Friend!

The following card was inspired by this week's CASual Friday Challenge. CFC107: Hunger Games challenges participants to use an arrow on their project. Looking through my stash, I have plenty of arrows to choose from, but somehow putting it all together was indeed a challenge. Here is the card I came up with. Thanks so much for stopping by.
